Delivery Time
We undertake to deliver your order as soon as possible. For Switzerland orders, please allow 3 working days for us to pack and post. For delivery times on overseas orders, please contact us.

Postage and Packaging

If your order is in stock, we will dispatch it from the warehouse within a couple of business days using the postal method chosen when making your purchase.

Exchanges and Returns 

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, Bellefiore will exchange or refund your purchase. Notify us and return the goods in the original packaging within 14 days to:

2. your contact details:- name, address, telephone number
3. the reason for your return
4. If the item is for exchange, please include the details of what you would like the item to be exchanged for.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing they are unworn, in the original packaging and all labels are still attached.
Bellefiore is unable to refund postage costs unless the return is a result of our own error or faulty stock. Please retain your proof of postage for your records.  

Faulty Items
Where goods are faulty, we will replace the faulty item, subject to stock availability.  All products must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.  If we do not have a replacement immediately available or the item is discontinued, we will replace with a similar design.

1. Please return the item using the cheapest possible postage method to the address below.
2. Please quote the following information:
a. your Bellefiore sales order/invoice number
b. your contact details:- name, address, telephone number
c. details of when and where your goods were purchased
3. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Bellefiore
4. Refunds are only possible if the goods where purchased from Bellefiore directly. If not, you will need to contact where you purchased your item originally and discuss the procedure for return directly with them.
6.  A full refund for the faulty item will include the original cost of the returned item and reimbursement of reasonable postage costs for returning the goods.
